Pollination Capital’s transaction advisory fees are predominatly success based – If no M&A transaction takes place, only a minimal fee is charged. We charge a small commitment fee early in the process, to ensure that our clients are committed to the transaction process. This fee is deducted from the success-based commission, which is only paid for when the transaction is done. We thus carry the most of the risk and our own cost. Pollination Capital is very selective in the transactions it undertakes and services a select base of clients.
Valuation fees are not success-based, but agreed with the client beforehand.
